Fianna Fáil Convention

The EU is at a pivotal junction in its history and Ireland plays an important role in the direction it now takes.  The EU impacts all our lives across areas such as education, agriculture, jobs, enterprise, and the environment.  The people of Midlands-North-West can help shape the policies that matter most and need a strong modern voice in Europe.  I believe Fianna Fáil should be ambitious and strive to win 2 seats in Midlands North West.  And I believe I am perfectly positioned geographically in Galway East to capture the imagination of the electorate in my area.

Fianna Fáil Convention – European Elections 2019

On the 15th March 2019, delegates from across the Midlands North West will gather in the Longford Arms Hotel to select the Fianna Fáil candidates for the European Election 2019.

The EU impacts all our lives across so many areas such as education, agriculture, fisheries, enterprise, and environment.

One of the busier legislators in the Dáil, I’m a quick learner, easy adopter and have excellent communication skills, all of which are vital in ensuring stability in the EU at such a turbulent time.  I was both flattered and boosted by the overwhelming voices of support I have received in what was a very short three week campaign, including former MEP Séan Ó’Neachtain, Education Minister, Mary O’Rourke, Deputy Eamon O’Cuiv, and former TDs Michael Kitt and Joey Callanan.

FF must be seen as an open and inclusive party and, as the only female nominee, we must ensure all voices are represented across the constituency.  We must ensure that the Midlands North West has a strong fresh voice in our corner in Europe.

If you elect me to represent you, I will be relentless in my campaigns to have your voice heard.

Don’t Forget to Vote!

Fianna Fáil Convention takes place in the Longford Arms Hotel on Friday, 15th March 2019.  I will be there all day to answer any questions you may have on my candidacy.
